Smart Attendance System.
Built a facial recognition attendance system that automatically records student attendance using webcam input.

Implemented the facial recognition algorithm and designed the database.

Improved recognition accuracy under poor lighting by applying image preprocessing techniques.

Research on Mobile Money Fraud Detection in Uganda

Overview:
Conducted research on fraud patterns in mobile money transactions and proposed machine learning techniques for fraud detection.

Research Methods:

• Data collection through surveys

• Transaction pattern analysis

• Statistical modeling

Tools Used:
Python, Pandas, Excel

Key Findings:

• Identified common fraud behaviors

• Random Forest performed best with 89% accuracy

• User awareness significantly reduced fraud risks

Outcome:
Produced a 25-page research report and presentation.
